- Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave responsibly. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
- Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their luggage. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Vehicle Condition: All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. In the rare event of a mechanical failure, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as possible.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
- Food and Beverages: Consumption of food and beverages in the vehicle is permitted only with prior approval.
- Insurance: All our vehicles are fully insured. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while using our services.
